and while I don't mind the (predictable) tomato accoutrement, I would so prefer a more savory honey addition, like chestnut honey. I know, I'm probably repeating myself a tad with the whole honey-cheese thing but fergodsakes, it's damn good!
A perfect and downright simple-tasty delight for you, a loved one, and friends. Found at Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and your basic fromagerie. And it's cheap.

I'm so thrilled to find out that Trader Joe's carries burrata! I've been wanting to try it ever since a friend spent several days singing its praises on her Facebook page.
