If I were in Paris today...


I would walk to the nearest boulangerie, purchase a couple of baguettes and eat one as I walked my way back home.

God I know...not sure why a decent, freshly baked, crusty baguette is so elusive.

and what's with einstein brothers? the bagels are completely hard as a rock the next day. Come to think of it, probably means no preservatives.

but none of the fresh bread in Europe have preservatives...I think we've other got funky, bad flour from over-processed wheat or we just could not care less for a real piece of bread.
