Bean to Bar | Mast Brothers Chocolate
I fell victim to an outrageous sweet tooth last night and finally permitted myself a 1/4 cup of Hershey's chocolate chips. Criminy. What I really wanted was a bar of health food. A bar of delicious hand-crafted chocolate made by the bearded Mast Brothers of Williamsburg, NY - because then I wouldn't feel so bad, eating something loaded with antioxidants, cacoa, and brotherly love.

I can't count the number of times I've stopped by the Mast display at my local Whole Foods and contemplated buying one of their beautiful bars. As of yet I haven't been able to rationalize spending $8.00 on a single bar of chocolate, no matter how enticing it is. Maybe for my birthday in July; if I start saving now...
